Saw-cut joints are where hard floors fail first. Unfilled or filled with the wrong material, joint edges spall under forklift and pallet-jack wheels until the slab needs surgery. MavJoint JF is our semi-rigid joint filler for control and construction joints in industrial concrete: rigid enough to carry wheel loads across the joint and support the edges, flexible enough to live with normal slab movement. Fill full depth in a clean, dry, saw-cut joint, then shave flush for a hard, smooth wear surface that keeps debris and washdown water out. Joints must be sawn clean, dry, and free of dust, laitance, and old filler before installation. The 22-oz cartridge comes in six floor-matched colors – Black, Concrete Gray, Dovetail Gray, Gauntlet Gray, Intellectual Gray, and Warmstone – for joint-by-joint repair work; the 10-Gallon Bulk Kit (5 gallons base + 5 gallons activator) covers full-facility joint programs and pump application. Yield follows joint geometry — per the TDS chart, figure roughly 103 lineal feet per gallon in a 1/8-inch-wide by 1.5-inch-deep joint, or 68 lineal feet at 3/16-inch wide.
