Every coating system is only as good as the slab under it – and most slabs arrive with cracks, spalls, and divots that will telegraph straight through a finished floor. MavPolyPatch is our polyurea-based quick-setting crack and spot patch, built for the prep phase: gun or pour it into routed cracks, popouts, bolt holes, and divots, and its rapid gel time means you are grinding flush and moving to primer the same shift, not the next day. Adhesion to properly prepared concrete is excellent – repairs should be cut or routed to sound material, then cleaned dry and dust-free before filling. Figure coverage from a default estimate of 200 sq ft (industry standard) — actual coverage varies widely with repair depth, since the same kit fills anything from 1/8-inch routed cracks to 8-inch deep repairs (the TDS’s theoretical 500-1,000 sq ft per gallon applies only to the thinnest fills). Both cure speeds (Standard, Fast) sell at the same price; Slow is not offered per the TDS — pick by slab temperature and working time, not budget.
