Description
MavSeal UPA is the finish coat that does the daily fighting. A high-solids polyaspartic topcoat with true UV stability, it delivers excellent clarity and chemical resistance over high-traffic floors — and because polyaspartic chemistry cures fast, it gets spaces back in service on schedules conventional urethanes can’t touch. Its UV-stable chemistry resists yellowing, chalking, and gloss loss under sunlight, which makes it the call for sun-exposed bays, entries, and anywhere appearance has to hold for years, not months. Use it as the protective wear surface over Maverick broadcast and decorative systems, including flake and quartz floors. UPA ships clear by default — run it water-clear over decorative media, tint it on-site with MavTints pigments, or order it factory-pigmented in any of our 15 stock colors. Like every topcoat, it is only as good as what is under it: apply over a properly prepared, sound Maverick system, with all substrate repair and priming complete before the finish goes down. Per the TDS, coverage runs 53–160 sq ft per gallon at 10–30 wet mils. Available in slow, standard, and fast cure options at the same price — pick your working window to match temperature, crew size, and pot-life needs. Pros pair it with MavCoat SLE or MavCoat FC broadcast base coats beneath flake and quartz media, MavPrime EP on the prepared slab, and MavPatch Epoxy for substrate repairs before the system starts. Available in 3-Gallon, 10-Gallon, and 15-Gallon Kits — contractor / volume pricing available upon request. Team-built to outlast the traffic thrown at it.
