Every Maverick floor starts with sound concrete, and MavPatch Epoxy is how you get there. This epoxy-based patching compound repairs spalls, divots, pop-outs, and deteriorated sections, restoring damaged substrate to structural performance before coating application. It bonds tenaciously to properly prepared concrete and cures into a hard, sandable repair that disappears under the finished system instead of telegraphing through it. Use it on industrial and commercial slabs ahead of any MavCoat, MavTop, or MavClad installation — patching is prep, and skipping it shows up in the finished floor. Surface prep matters: mechanically profile the repair area and remove all loose, delaminated, or contaminated concrete down to sound substrate before placing material. Per the TDS, a gallon yields 0.13 cu ft of placed material — roughly 1,228 lineal feet of 1/8-inch by 1/8-inch crack. Available in slow, standard, and fast cure options at the same price, so you can match working time to slab temperature and schedule.
